Consumer Rights: Returns, Refunds and Exchange
In line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14 day cooling off period, which means that you may cancel or return your online order at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you have received the products.
The customer must contact 'Out of the Blue' in the first instance to arrange the return of the items. This must be done in writing either via our Contact Us page or by e-mailing us at [email protected].
When an item is being returned the following conditions must be met:
- Let us know before the item is sent back.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were first received.
A full refund for the price of the item and the initial postage will be initiated once we have received the returned goods. You the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost of the item being returned to us unless the item in question is faulty. In the case of a Faulty Item we will refund the cost of returning the item to us.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
-Any products that we have personalised or customised specifically for you.
All Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit, however if the item does arrive damaged or faulty please notify us within 48 hours and we will be happy to replace it, after 48 hours we will not accept responsibility.
